Director: Checks well whether the style I want suits me, explains the CT in detail, doesn’t just look at the nose shape but touches and checks the nose and ears as well, and the explanation is not just “just get it done like this,” but rather “this surgery seems necessary for these reasons, because...” The director’s consultation was really good and they checked my concerns well. Professional. Manager: There was no push to book, and they answered well when I asked things. When I asked separately about things I was worried about, they handled those well too. Kind.
