Even though it wasn't peak season, the consultation wait was extremely long. But because Dr. Ok does a lot of revision surgery, it seemed professional. They said they wouldn't know exactly how much implant to put in until they opened it in the operating room, which made me a bit uneasy, and the consultation manager did ask me to leave a deposit, though it wasn't overly forceful.
