He went through each point and explained exactly how the surgery would be done, why autologous costal cartilage was needed, and how silicone should be inserted to look natural. By the time the consultation was over, I felt like, okay, I should do it here. Also, the pain right after surgery was not as bad as I expected. I took my medicine properly, and on the first day there was some swelling and bruising, but it was manageable. I especially loved how naturally the hump was corrected. Maybe because it was autologous costal cartilage, the nose tip is also very firm and the shape settled well.
