I made an appointment by phone and went in, but when I gave my name, the desk staff openly responded with a puzzled expression. Judging by that expression, I immediately had a feeling that something had been omitted. They first showed me to a room to wait, then came in and asked to see my ID. After leaving and coming back in, they asked whether I had mistaken them for another clinic. It is not as if there is another clinic with the same name, and I carefully chose this place after much deliberation before even looking for a clinic, so how could I have confused it? I was so dumbfounded that I showed them my call history. Since the number matched the clinic’s contact information, they had nothing to say and went out a second time to check again. By then, I already instinctively felt that this clinic had no intention of consulting me and that its handling of matters was absurd for its size. I stood up to leave, but they came in a third time and asked whether I had a recording of the phone call haha. Who records a consultation appointment? The staff’s handling of things is truly remarkable. The doctors would presumably leave everything other than surgery to the staff, so if I cannot trust them with something this small, how could I trust them enough to lie down on the operating table? If they had omitted my appointment, responding quickly should also be part of their skill, competence, and clinic image... I had visited another clinic for a consultation before coming here, and the comparison was so stark that I could only laugh hollowly. I have had plastic-surgery consultations more than once or twice, but this was my first experience like this.
