I had it done a really long time ago. About 6 years ago? I haven't had any side effects so far, but back then I wasn't recommended alar reduction, so I didn't do it. As time went by, I kept not liking it, so I had alar reduction separately. It's super natural, so nobody knows I had nose surgery. It suits my face, so I'm satisfied, but people who want a more noticeable shape like Karina's nose might be dissatisfied. They seem to prefer a natural and safe surgery.
