I had nose surgery 10 years ago, and I had my eyes done later. I started with the nose, and people around me said it looked pretty. But now, about 10 years later, the shape has changed a bit. Rather than the doctor being bad at it, I think it's just time passing and the cartilage getting absorbed, that kind of process, but I don't really know. I also had a revision in between, and the doctor was kind. If you like something natural, go for it. For my eyes, back then there wasn't a line I wanted, so I told the doctor to decide, and I ended up with a semi-out line. The eyes really don't look obvious at all and there's no scar.
