I went because I was looking for a place with lots of revision-surgery experience and revision reviews after my first one went badly. Usually all the reviews were good, so this was the first place I visited. What they pointed out was true, but maybe I was sensitive, and I was already unhappy and looking into revision, so when they said things that really didn't need to be said, it hurt my self-esteem.. The director was kind, very kind, but since he kept hitting me with the truth so gently, it hurt even more. Still, because it was irrefutable fact, I felt they were professional. For now, I'm planning to consult several more places, hoping this will be my last surgery, so I left without making a reservation.
