The hospital was clean and had a bright atmosphere. The director was kind and listened carefully. The surgeon looked very tired, but he spent a long time on the consultation, explained things well, and adjusted the line several times. He didn’t push anything excessive, and when I asked about things, he flatly said I didn’t need to do them, which made me trust him.
