My memory is a bit old, but the director is so, so kind and highly professional. She personally took care of everything. But the manager... really knows nothing, just pretending to know things as the plastic surgery clinic manager, and communication is impossible. He mishears what the doctor says and talks with that typical know-it-all attitude, so I told them to just ignore the manager and that it was fine to have the surgery as long as I communicated only with the director. Recommended only for people who are okay with absolutely no communication with the manager ㅠ For anyone who thinks communication with the manager is important, I really want to strongly talk you out of it. There is absolutely no empathy for patient hardships, and he even seems to have a psychopathic streak.
