The hospital is smaller than I expected. The doctor explained the surgery while showing me various photos. I heard that if you ask good questions, they tell you all sorts of things, so I asked the most questions at this hospital, and they answered every single one well (they answered very sincerely, which made me trust them). They record everything the patient says in the chart. Rather than removing all the implants, they recommended removing the silicone and refining the height of the cartilage already placed in the tip of the nose. They told me the quoted price was before tax, so I wrote the estimate including tax.
