I saw a lot of comments saying the manager was unfriendly, but I went because the director was said to be the one who performs the surgery and is the specialist. When I talked with the manager, she explained in detail how the surgery would be done and showed me photos. The director was kind too, but I'm going to think about it a bit more. I haven't had surgery, so I don't know.
