I didn't have a doctor consultation, so I don't know about kindness. I only consulted with the director, and I didn't think they were especially kind. It felt a bit standardized. And it also felt a little factory-like. Still, there seemed to be a lot of reviews, though I don't know if they were from brokers... I didn't feel like they were really analyzing my eyes during the consultation, so I didn't go here.
