It was my first consultation, so I went there all confused without knowing much. I had a CT scan, then went manager -> doctor -> manager. First of all, the manager was really nice, and when I mentioned various side effects and reviews I had seen while researching nose surgery, she answered honestly, which I appreciated. The doctor also explained each step of the surgery while looking at the CT, and why he would do it, in a way that was easy to understand, which I liked. He also explained what would improve with each option and what the drawbacks would be, which was good! He was kind, answered everything I asked, and didn't seem in a rush at all, which I liked!! CCTV can be viewed live (only by immediate family), and he said they do only two surgeries a day! The price was the highest among the clinics I visited, so I'm still thinking about it, but it's currently one of the top two clinics I'm considering~~
