I wanted to do it without implants, but since my nasal bridge was on the low side, they also recommended custom silicone. The manager and the doctor were kind and asked in detail if there was anything else I wanted to know. But they explained things so well that I didn't really have many questions! In the end, they recommended custom silicone + ear cartilage + septal cartilage.
