I went for a consultation earlier this year. I had made an appointment and went, but there was a bit of a wait. I went because I was considering surgery for a bulbous nose and a crooked nose, but they said the crooked nose couldn't really be fixed. Other reviews seem to say something similar. At the time, I cared more about the crooked nose than the bulbous nose, so I didn't decide to have surgery. Part of it was also that I just wanted to visit a famous clinic once, and I did like the line itself because it had a refined, glamorous feel. The consultation seemed fairly thorough too.
