The office director was just so-so, but the main doctor was very kind. If I asked about anything, they explained it in detail with examples. They didn’t brush off each question carelessly, and I liked that they realistically pointed out what was possible and what wasn’t for my nose. More than anything, I really liked how they shaped the direction based more on the patient’s opinion than their own.
