It's been about 2 and a half years since my surgery now. The hair loss that everyone worries about really is just a matter of time, and mine wasn't that severe (I had a lot of hair to begin with, and now it just feels like it's become average... so I lightly manage it by spraying tonic on it). As for the hairline, since my M-shape was pretty pronounced, I'm getting touch-ups to the original hairline tattoo to trim it a bit, and even the director said the surgery turned out really well lol The staff were kind, and the manager who did my consultation was a bit sharp, but not in a bad way. Aftercare also didn't feel neglected or sloppy at all, which was nice. Even from the consultation stage, I thought my nose bridge looked high, and since it was expensive, it feels like it was worth the money. It was a pretty big surgery, but even though I didn't visit many places and ended up doing it here, I'm very satisfied. They did recommend a lifting procedure, but lifting in my 20s seemed over the top, so I just didn't do it. I do think I'll want to do it later though.
