The consultation was extremely cursory. They didn't explain the surgery method and only touched my eyes and said whether it could be done or not. I showed them a photo of my natural eyes, and they said it would turn out similar. They were just overflowing with confidence, and overall the consultation was very poor. They were so busy that it felt like they just wanted to rush through and get me out quickly. When I mentioned the side effects I had gotten after a lateral canthoplasty before, they said, "Your eyes were probably like that to begin with." In the end, the consultation was bad, but I heard so many people say they were good that I trusted them and made a surgery reservation. Then they said the consultation fee was 10,000 won and it wouldn't be deducted from the surgery cost. They said consultation is consultation and surgery is surgery. But for 10,000 won, they really did the consultation way too carelessly. They didn't even record anything in the chart. And even if you pay in cash, they won't issue a cash receipt to the number you want. They said they only issue it to the patient's own mobile number. That part is honestly infuriating too. What if the patient is a student? They don't earn income, so they don't even need the tax deduction, but they still can't issue the cash receipt under a guardian's number. I've never had this happen anywhere else, only here. I don't know about other hospitals, but this hospital seems to have an unusually high number of perfect consultation reviews. Honestly, it doesn't look good to me. My consultation was terrible. They only looked at the size of the lateral canthal gap and said if the gap is big, it's an easy case to shape, so go ahead and do the surgery, but if the gap isn't severe, it's difficult so just live without fixing it. And the woman who follows Director Tak around giving briefings doesn't seem to be a nurse either, but she's extremely rude. If you mention anything you don't like after surgery, she sarcastically passes it on to the director. It's really bad.
