They explained things fairly carefully, but the hospital was smaller than I expected. They gave the anesthetic injection at the tip of the nose and started the procedure right away. With fillers, it may sound obvious, but since it was my first procedure, when they said the blunt needle made the chance of blindness very low, I thought they were kind. But in the end, the Hiko lift caused various difficulties when I later got nose surgery, so overall it was a bit unfortunate. Still, I was satisfied with the Hiko lift for a while.
