First of all, they were extremely thorough, and the consultation felt quite long. They pointed out the flaws in my eyes that only I had known about, and explained one by one what could be improved. I'm satisfied with the consultation overall, but I did ask to see before-and-after photos, and they said it wasn't possible because of privacy, so not being able to see them is bothering me.
