Of all the hospitals I visited in person, this one had the lowest quote. No event discounts. No consultation fee. No pressure to make a reservation. Those conditions felt clean and good. They also accepted Gore-Tex use. They said my skin was thin so silicone wouldn't work. I was given a plan of Gore-Tex + artificial dermis for the nose tip, and they said they would make it a little higher and prettier than before, so I was tempted. I trusted the doctor because of his long experience, but other hospitals all said I should use rib or cartilage to make it higher... I found that odd, so I asked for another consultation. He said after opening it up they could use mesh. (That would be decided in the operating room.) As soon as I heard the word mesh, I backed out right away.. I have ear cartilage and septal cartilage available, so if it's my first surgery, why on earth mesh...
