It's been almost three years since I had the nasal tip cartilage tie procedure here. I wanted it to look extremely, extremely natural, so I asked whether just tying it would be enough, but they said then the angle wouldn't come out (?) and that I also needed ear cartilage to both raise and narrow it, so I went ahead with that. They explained everything in detail, which helped me understand and make my decision, and I'm satisfied now. It got rid of that unsophisticated look and became more refined... For one or two years, the tip of my nose seemed to get red and inflamed, so I also sent an email inquiry, but I received a reply saying that wouldn't happen since it was done with my own cartilage. At the time I wasn't fully convinced by the answer, but I figured they must be that sincere and honest with their surgeries, so I chose to understand it that way, and now it seems like I don't have any inflammation(?) anymore.ㅋㅋㅋ Lately I've been thinking about getting alar reduction too, so I came here to search and leave a review. I trust them, and since this is where I had my nose done before, I feel like I might do it here, but there don't seem to be many reviews about alar reduction.
