My original impression wasn't very sharp or strong, so I only wanted my nose to become just a little sharper too, and I said it would be nice if the tip just became a bit sleeker without an implant, but the director said he wouldn't push anything excessive and that rather than putting in an implant and making it absolutely high, the nose I described would suit me better. But since my bridge was also crooked and I had rhinitis, in the end I looked for a hospital that could also do ENT surgery, and my rhinoplasty plan fell apart, so I didn't end up getting surgery.. Still, maybe because it's famous, I was a little surprised by the price. Are all hospitals this expensive
