When I had the consultation, they were incredibly kind and gave off a smart, sharp impression. But somehow there wasn't a strong push to make me go through with surgery. So I left without making a surgery reservation. Instead, they recommended surgery for weak eye-opening muscle and ptosis, but at another hospital I was told I didn't need it.. It doesn't seem like a place that tries to do unnecessary surgery.
