Extreme naturalness... If said positively, it looks natural, and if said negatively, it doesn't show at all. As soon as I went in for the consultation, he immediately caught that my nasal bone had been broken before and explained what I needed to do to avoid a pinched nose, and I got so hooked that I booked and had the surgery that day. I don't completely regret it (the tip of my nose is satisfying), but I still think it would have been better if I had gone around to more hospitals. I will probably get a revision at another hospital.
