I had my nose done here. They said that if they removed the existing silicone, they would need to place autologous dermis and remove fat to use it, so I asked where they would take it from, and they said the thigh. I figured I already had a lot of fat in my thighs, so I said okay. Then on the day of surgery, they suddenly said that if they took it from the thigh, I'd have to lie face down and then on my back, which would be inconvenient, so they would just take it from the buttock? I was flustered, but they said it was only a very small amount and wouldn't be noticeable, and because I was nervous about the surgery I absentmindedly said okay and moved on. But after the surgery, even years later, there is a noticeable dent in my buttock, making it uneven, and if I sit for a long time it throbs, so I end up standing even while working. When I told them, they said they'd never had such a case before and that I was just overly sensitive ^^^ But even by their own view, it must have been quite indented, because they said they would take it from my abdomen and re-graft it. I trusted them and went along with it. The result is, as expected, the abdominal extraction left wrinkles, and the buttock keeps sinking more and more. If you're going for the nose, only go if you've already given up on having a pretty nose aesthetically. It's not a pretty nose, just one that doesn't look obviously weird at first glance. Recommended if you want a country bumpkin look! I have a lot more to say than this, but I'll stop here. Recommended for people who want to spend their whole lives regretting getting their nose done here!
