First of all, the hospital is really big. Compared to other plastic surgery clinics, because it’s so large, it almost felt like a general hospital. It’s divided by floor. There had been a doctor I originally booked with, but on the day of the appointment.. they said I couldn’t consult with that doctor, so I saw a different one. The explanation was good. It was a bit short, but they explained the key points well, and that was it~ The manager also explained the actual cost and insurance stuff well, so it was fine.
