After the basic explanation, they answer when I ask questions. It was a short consultation, and I had some doubts because it felt trustworthy, but I didn’t feel certain right away, so I didn’t make a reservation. Overall, the friendliness felt exactly average. I liked that they didn’t pressure me at all to book.
