Since it is a specialized dermatology hospital, I was very satisfied when I visited for a skin condition. When I went for mole removal, even though I had made an appointment, I applied numbing cream and waited until closing time was approaching. They told me that if the director went in to treat another patient with a laser, I might not be able to receive my treatment that day. I had deliberately gone after work on a day with many public holidays around it, so I absolutely had to do it. As a result, they wiped off the numbing cream after only about three to five minutes and treated me, so it was quite painful and stinging... They charged 10,000 won per mole, but only two out of ten were properly removed, so I was very disappointed...
