I came in because my acne suddenly got really bad. I wanted only extraction, but they said they do not proceed that way, so I first had a consultation with the director. I thought they would recommend lasers or something like that, but they said this level was enough with extraction and a few maintenance sessions, and that if I did not want to bother with maintenance, they could just give me an ointment to apply, said pretty casually. But I also wanted maintenance, so I went ahead with that. Then I immediately had a consultation with the manager, and there was no pressure or push at all, just said to do whatever I wanted. In the end, I got good maintenance treatment and my acne cleared up completely, so I am satisfied.
