I had surgery with Motiva, and the shape is even more natural than I expected. The texture is not extremely soft and floppy; it feels somewhat soft yet springy. My satisfaction after surgery is greater than with any other surgery. Even with the same implant, the texture and shape seem to differ from person to person. So it is best to use reviews only as a reference and consult with the doctor for the most accurate answer. Also, it feels surprisingly heavy, so until around the three-month mark I had to get used to it
