I tend to carry a lot of fat in my upper arms, so even when I lost weight, my upper-arm fat did not decrease much, and the contours still did not look good. Right after surgery, I could not tell how different my arms were because I was wearing compression garments, and the swelling made them look even thicker, so I was anxious. Once the swelling went down, the inner and back parts of my arms looked neatly defined, and the inner-arm and rear bulges that were visible from the front had been reduced into a straight line. I had clothes that used to fit tightly around my arms, but after liposuction there was a little extra room when I tried them on. Everyone around me says I look like I have lost weight haha. It is amazing that I only had arm liposuction. Even if only my arms look thinner, I think it does make me look slimmer overall. I hope I continue taking good care of myself and stay this way.
