I liked that they were honest about my eyes during the consultation, but it was disappointing that the deposit could only be refunded as treatment credit. I asked about canceling the surgery reservation, but there has been no response for several days and their communication is slow. Also, during the consultation, the coordinator rushed me because the surgeon had to go perform surgery, so I felt that the consultation was cut short. Since the operating room and lobby are not completely separated, I also felt it might be uncomfortable to encounter people coming out immediately after surgery. Anyone planning to consult should think it through carefully... The coordinator had experience, so I regret impulsively paying the deposit early on.
