The manager was also a person who had undergone the same surgery, so it was nice that the consultation was detailed and kind. But the director looked very busy, and wasn't the type to take the initiative in the consultation, more the type to answer questions faithfully. The hospital seemed newly built, so it was clean, but that also made me worry because it hadn't been around long. The director is very young, and overall the atmosphere is kind and private.
