First of all, the director and the staff were all extremely, extremely kind, and there was absolutely no sales talk or pressure to make a reservation. The doctor also gave a very professional consultation, and even without me mentioning it first, he pinpointed the one area I had thought of as my complex. That made me trust him, and he clearly told me what could and could not be done for my face. I think he also answered the questions I had very kindly. Overall, I was very satisfied with the consultation.
