The clinic atmosphere is comfortable and the staff are pretty kind. The director seems proud, but he isn’t the type to proactively explain things; he only answers when you ask. I’m not sure about the consultation’s professionalism... I wish he had pointed out things that a regular person wouldn’t catch, but instead he just spoke in vague terms like it’ll turn out well and it will be about this much. I don’t know the result yet, but it seems to have improved.
