The director and manager were very confident, but the consultation wasn’t very detailed..? It was basically, ‘it’ll turn out like this,’ and everything else was just things I’d already heard before. The swelling took about 3 months to go down, maybe because everyone is different, and I also had cheek work done, which seems to have gone down pretty well. Saying the double-chin muscle tying didn’t improve would be a lie, it did improve, but the scar has become raised. That may also be because I’m prone to scarring, but it was disappointing that there was no prior notice.. They were so much in the ‘the scar will almost not be visible’ camp, so I thought I’d just apply ointment every day and manage it, but in the end it rose up... And there was some thickness under the jaw near the salivary gland, like a toad, and they didn’t really mention that either..... It’s kind of like, huh?..... I do think they’re the type to do it without complications, but if you ask whether it’s worth the price, I don’t think so.
