For me, pelvic fat grafting is the main thing, and because I'm the type with very little body fat, I need to take fat from the places that can be harvested and then do liposuction. What areas should be removed varies by surgeon. In Dr. Moon's case, he said the inner thighs and lower abdomen don't have much fat, so if he takes from there it could actually become uneven, so he did not recommend liposuction. At first, I thought this meant he was giving careful advice and not pushing anything excessive, but later at other clinics they said the lower abdomen and inner thighs could also be liposuctioned... so I started to wonder if he just wasn't confident about removing fat well from those areas. I really wanted work done on the inner-thigh area, so I was disappointed that he couldn't remove that part, which made me even more unsure, but apart from that, I was satisfied with the doctor, the hospital facilities, and the manager.
