The process went manager - director - manager, then I got my BMI measured and consulted with the manager. They were very kind, and the room with CCTV cost an extra 100,000 won. After talking with the manager, I met the director, who spoke in a very realistic way. He was very direct about things like skin quality and whether there was any gap, and that made me trust him.
