Maybe because it had only just opened back then? I got a consultation, and the person who consulted with me was insanely kind, which I liked. It was a one-doctor clinic, and I went because the reviews said they would draw the line dozens of times, and they really did carefully shape it very well. It didn't seem like it would turn out badly, but it didn't really feel like the line I wanted, so I didn't have the surgery.
