I heard they were thorough in consultation, and they did draw a lot of lines, but I didn’t get the feeling that they were kind. It might also have been that I was consulting right after surgery, so they seemed a bit busy. The staff was very kind and explained things well. They didn’t suggest a reservation deposit at all, and the price seems fixed too (for revision surgery).
