I went in for a nose surgery consultation. They explained things in detail from a technical standpoint, and recommended only what was truly necessary based on what shape of face and what type of surgery suited me. That made me trust them. Even right up until just before surgery, I showed them the photos I wanted and kept discussing things, so I didn’t feel especially anxious.
