3 years ago I got alar reduction here and one side was left with such a bad scar that I've been struggling with it ever since. After re-suturing it got even worse, and now I'm going to dermatology trying to fix the damage after the horse has bolted. It was the decision I regret most in my life. The consultation wasn't detailed either. They didn't really talk about design, and right before anesthesia on the operating table they asked, how would you like us to do it? Back then I was young and didn't know anything, so I just said to reduce it as much as possible ㅋ .. I should have studied before surgery and been more careful, sigh. Anyway, I do not recommend alar reduction, and if you do it, do not do it here.
