Saying there was "nothing" except the lips being hard for a few months after surgery bothered me quite a bit. Still, I made a reservation for now, but since this isn't a surgery that creates something from nothing, I also wondered whether it would really work. Not being told about the side effect of the lips shrinking even more made me uneasy, so I decided to cancel and just consider the deposit lost. But they refunded it right away, which I was very grateful for. And to add, the patent they use as evidence while claiming they have their own independent technique for lip augmentation is just a trademark patent... (to put it in restaurant terms, it's like guaranteeing originality for the dish's name, not the recipe.) So I just thought of it as marketing and went in thinking of it as a hospital with many mucosal advancement cases. I recommend you also not expect some special uniqueness from this clinic.
