Both the consultation manager and the doctor were very kind, and both were quite old. From the small number of patients, I did think they would probably be good at surgery. They recommended a facelift for me, but many other doctors said I am not old enough for that yet. The price is pretty high, but it probably won't be botched. Why? Because they absolutely will not do things that are not suitable (they said they would not do back canthoplasty lol). They seem to have principles, so they feel trustworthy.
