I had natural adhesion surgery 8 years ago. Right after the surgery, the lines were uneven. When I asked the clinic, they said it was probably because of swelling, and that even if they looked uneven, I would need to wait 6 months to know for sure, so I spent 6 months with uneven eyes. After 6 months, the doctor admitted they were uneven and did an AS surgery on one eye. Back then the uneven lines were incredibly stressful, but now the crease looks really pretty, and it doesn't look overly operated on at all. It looks natural, like my own double eyelid, but still pretty. I also had eye correction, so my eyes are huge, but they don't look artificial. It was a surgery I had during my winter break in 8th grade, and even now the double eyelid has never once come undone; it has stayed firmly in place. At first the unevenness was upsetting, but they fixed the line right away, and it has never come undone since, so I'm really glad it didn't turn into sausage eyes. The doctor recommended in-out for me back then, so I had in-out, and it still has stayed and looks natural, so I highly recommend it.
