The director doesn't do the consultation personally; the consultation manager sees you first, and then the director only performs the procedure. There is zero professionalism in the consultation. When I got forehead botox, and then a month later got jaw botox and worried about antibody resistance, they said nonsense like getting botox in different areas has no effect on resistance.
