About 7 years ago, I had my first surgery at another hospital and it went badly, then I had a revision here and that went badly too. My mom and dad went with me, so thankfully I got a refund, but it's still been hard. I don't know about now, but that's how it was 7 years ago, and I'm surprised the hospital is still around.
