I was worried about lacking facial volume, so I got facial fat grafting, and if I had to pick the best plastic surgery I’ve ever had, I’d say fat grafting. I was so satisfied with it. Of course, since it involves injecting fat, the maintenance period is short, so having to do it once every 1 to 2 years is a downside, but if you’re worried about facial volume, I strongly recommend it.
