Because of side effects from a nose procedure, I was told that even though this is my first nose surgery, only autologous costal cartilage is possible. I feel sad, but I actually liked that they were honest about what they could and couldn't do. Still, the autologous costal cartilage surgery itself feels burdensome, and even with the promotion it's still too expensive, so I'm still thinking about it.
